Why we use your information

We use information submitted through the website to:

• Respond to enquiries and discuss requested work
• Prepare or discuss website and development projects
• Manage enquiries within Evolution Admin
• Review and moderate submitted testimonials
• Publish testimonials where appropriate and permitted
• Protect our forms and systems from spam, abuse and misuse
• Maintain security and diagnose technical problems

Depending on the circumstances, we process enquiry data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and/or because we have a legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries and protecting our systems.

Where we publish a customer testimonial, we will rely on the permission given by the person submitting it.

How information is handled

Website enquiry and testimonial information is submitted to our Evolution Admin system and stored in our website management database.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be accessible to service providers that support the hosting, maintenance or operation of our website and systems where this is necessary to provide those services.

Cookies and browser storage

The website currently uses temporary browser session storage for normal site functionality, such as remembering whether certain introductory interface elements have already been shown during your current browser session.

We do not currently use advertising trackers or website analytics tracking technologies on this site.

If this changes, this privacy notice will be updated and any consent controls required at that time will be added.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including handling enquiries, managing any resulting customer relationship, moderating testimonials, maintaining appropriate business records and meeting legal obligations.

Information that is no longer required should be deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights relating to your personal information, including asking for access, correction or deletion of your information, restricting or objecting to certain processing, and withdrawing consent where processing is based on consent.

To make a privacy request, email privacy@evobm.online .

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle personal information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

You also have the right to raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

We may update this privacy notice when our website, services or data-handling practices change. The latest version will be published on this page.
